Souqna is only an intermediary
Souqna (souqna-jo.com) is an online platform that connects shoppers with independent sellers in Jordan. Souqna is only an intermediary. It does not own, manufacture, store, sell or deliver the products and services listed, and it is not a party to the sale contract between the shopper and the seller.
Seller responsibility
Each seller is solely responsible for its listings, prices, stock, product quality, legality, warranties, licences and delivery. Sellers must hold a valid commercial registration and provide accurate identity documents.
Health products
Only pharmacy products that do not require a prescription, and herbs, may be listed. Shoppers should consult a pharmacist or doctor before use.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Payment is by cash on delivery or CliQ transfer as shown at checkout.
Orders and disputes
Order confirmation may be completed via WhatsApp. Any complaint about a product, service, delivery, refund or exchange is between the shopper and the seller. Souqna may help communicate between them but accepts no liability for the transaction.
Delivery and drivers
Deliveries are carried out by the seller or by drivers the seller chooses. Souqna only provides tools to assign drivers, show delivery status and share the driver's live location while an order is on the way. The shopper's saved address and map location are shared only with the seller and the assigned driver for that order.
Chat and calls
Shoppers, sellers and drivers may chat and call each other through Souqna about an order. Phone numbers are shared only for that purpose and must not be misused. Souqna may review messages to handle complaints.
Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, the shopper may request a return or refund through My orders within 3 days of delivery, attaching a short video or photo of the item. The seller reviews the request and approves or rejects it. Approved refunds and returns are arranged and paid by the seller. Souqna does not hold payments and is not responsible for refunds; it only records the request and helps communication.
Seller return obligations
Sellers agree to review return requests promptly and fairly, to honour approved returns and refunds, and to follow Jordanian consumer protection law.
Accounts
Souqna may suspend any account or remove any listing that breaks these terms or Jordanian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
